CEO / Centre Principal / Lead IQA / Tutor
Charles is our founding CEO and current standing centre Principal. In this role he directs and guides the centre, it’s policies, objectives and staff to deliver first class quality education provision, using a mixture of teaching and assessing methods that aid our learners towards their qualifications at a level higher than many other centres and FE colleges around us.
As our Lead IQA, Charles ensures that the entire quality assurance process and practices are relevant, ethical and fair, bringing standardisation across the entire faculty to deliver consistent and quality education.
His experience as a working barber of 31 years, combines perfectly with his unique style of teaching and instructing, ensuring that each and every learner receives modern, current and occupationally practical experience within their course.
Brigid is our Lead Assessor who heads our team of assessors and tutors. Her experience within the industry is second to none and this shows in the fairness, accountable way with which she approaches each learner.
Working in close conjunction with our Lead IQA, Brigid keeps up to date with all the adaptations and standardisation processes required within a modern and ever changing education environment.
She works within the salon industry when she is not assessing and keeps relevant by learning new trends within the hair & beauty sectors. Brigid has a sharp eye for detail and lends this experience to each learner as she works, mentors and encourages you through your course. We are delighted to have Brigid and her wealth of experience on board with us at the academy.

Daiva speaks fluently in Lithuanian, Russian and English, and she also has a wonderful grasp of the French language. We hope to use this diversity to develop our course deliverance within the coming months and years.
Working on the salon floor when she isn’t assessing learners, Daiva has proven to be adaptable, dependent and relevant within our industry. We are confident that she will prove to be a vital asset to our team.
